The Rocker softail is a pretty limited bike, not a lot of them around and even less of the C models like this one. The Rocker was Harley's attempt at a 'factory chopper' and it's got a cool look to it, as well as a convertible passenger seat arrangement that flips out from under the driver seat and stores underneath for when you're riding solo. They also did the C model up almost like a CVO, with custom looking factory paint and a lot of chrome to dress it out.
