Ron

Ron grew up in Watertown, Minnesota "youbetcha." He first jumped on a bike at age 5 and has been riding ever since, racing, dirtbikes, adventure bikes, snowmobiles anything he can get his hands on. Ron moved to Colorado in the early 90’s to pursue snowboarding and has been here ever since. If he isn’t working, riding or spending time with his business partner/wife Hillary and kiddos, Alex, Roen and August, you might find him posted up along a stream fly fishing.

Hillary

Hillary grew up in Eastern Colorado, Cheyenne Wells to be exact, blink and you'll miss it. She grew up on a large farm and her Mom (Marla), Dad (Chuckles) and Brother (Levi) still run cattle and land out there. Hillary is a mom first, Motorado owner second and a Labor and Delivery Nurse third, she has her hands full for sure with a business, 2 kids, a lazy Bulldog and Ron. Thankfully for Motorado she is really involved with the Business, Ron likes to refer to as "the brains behind the operation". When she's not taking care of business she likes snowboarding, snowmobiling, horse racing, camping, riding her CRF 230 and hugglin with Alex, Roen and Auggie.

Thalia Bagwell

Thalia was born and raised in Florence, KY and moved to CO in 2007 to attend school at CSU. After graduating with a degree in Health and Exercise Science, she never would have imagined herself handling finance and income all day, especially with motorcyles! But this position has challenged her in the best possible ways. Thalia came to us because she loves supporting local businesses in the area and is interested in learning more about motorcycles everyday. You can find her shredding it up in the mountains, rocking out at a local concert, or getting crafty with projects at home.t Here
